Terminal 4 - Departures
Bureaux de Change	Four Bureau de Change. American Express and Travelex open 05:30 - 22:00, located throughout the middle of the departures concourse in the passenger area.
Cash Dispensers	Abbey Link ATM at the main Travelex Bureau de Change and a Barclays machines near the small Travelex beside Costa Coffee. They accept most international and domestic cards.
Food and Drink	There are many places to eat in the departures area, including cafes, restaurants, a bar and many shops selling snacks.
Information Desk	The Departures information desk is available after security and passport control in the passenger area, located near the World Duty Free store.
Internet Access	There are a number of fixed internet points and wireless hotspots located throughout the departures area, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet from your laptop.
Left Luggage	Left luggage facilities are available in terminal 4, opening hours: 05:00 – 23:00. The cost is £6 per item per 24 hours (or part thereof).
Luggage Trolleys	Free, available on forecourt outside the terminal, and occasionally in the car park.
Medical	Heathrow Health Centre (opening hours: 07:00 – 19:00) is located on the ground floor between terminals 1 and 2 in the Queens Building. There are also a number of pharmacies located before and after security in terminal 4.
Pay Phones	Throughout the terminal, some with fax facilities.
Postal Services	Post boxes and coin operated stamp machines are available in the passenger area of the departure concourse. A mail box and stamp machine is located near the Travelex Bureau de Change in the middle of the departures area.
Shopping	There are many shopping outlets available in the passenger area of the departures concourse, including retail shops, jeweller, electrical stores and cosmetic outlets.
Smoking Area	There are three smoking areas throughout the departures concourse, in the passenger area after security.
Toilets	Male, female and disabled toilets are located throughout the departures area. There are also baby changing facilities available, and showers located near the stairs leading to the Mezzanine level.
Worship	The airport chapel is located beside the control tower and opposite Terminal 2 car park.

Terminal 4 - Arrivals
Bureau de Change	Three Bureaux de Change – American Express and Travelex, open 24 hours are located in the middle of the floor.
Buses	Depart from the Arrivals forecourt.
Car Hire	Major companies have desks in the Arrivals area.
Cash Dispensers	There are two ATM’s, one next to the American Express Bureau de Change and the other next to the Travelex Bureau de Change in the public area of the arrivals concourse. They accept international and domestic cards.
Food and Drink	Café bar serving light refreshments only on Arrivals floor. More choice upstairs on mezzanine floor.
Hotels	There is a hotel desk near the Information desk.
Information Desk	Airport enquiries desk towards the left hand side of the floor.
Internet Access	There is a wireless hotspot located in the public area of the arrivals concourse, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet from your laptop.

Pay Phones	In Baggage Reclaim. There is also a help phone in the public area of the arrivals concourse.
Parking	Access to the short term car park is directly across the terminal forecourt. Bus transfers to the Business and long term car parks are available on the forecourt.
Postal Services	Mail box and stamp machine near the Information desk.
Shopping	There is only a small news shop in the Arrivals area. There is a better choice onthe Mezzanine level.
Smoking Area	Seating area on right hand side near the lift in the public area of the arrivals concourse.
Taxi	Taxi rank on Arrivals forecourt.
Toilets	Male, female and disabled toilets are available throughout the arrivals area. There is also baby changing facilities available, and showers are located on the left of the public arrivals area.
Train	The Heathrow Express station is on the right of the Arrivals floor beyond WH Smith. The Terminal 4 London Underground station for services to London is below the Arrivals level. Follow the signs.
Worship	The airport chapel is located beside the control tower and opposite Terminal 2 car park.

Terminal 4 - Check In
Bureaux de Change	Three Bureaux de Change – an American Express and Travelex, open 05:30 to 21:30, in the check-in area. There is also a Travelex located onthe Mezzanine level.
Information Desk	There is an information desk immediately in front of you after you go through security and passport control.
Internet Access	There is a wireless hotspot located on the Mezzanine level, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet from your laptop.
Medical	Heathrow Health Centre (opening hours: 07:00 – 19:00) is located on the ground floor between terminals 1 and 2 in the Queens Building. There are also a number of pharmacies located before and after security in terminal 4.
Pay Phones	Available throughout the check-in area.
Postal Services	Mail box in the check-in area, in front of the Excess Baggage Company. There is also one immediately after you go through security and passport control.
Smoking Area	There is a smoking area to the far left of the check-in area.
Toilets	Baby changing facilities, male toilets, female toilets and disabled toilets are located in the check-in area and on the Mezzanine level.
Worship	The airport chapel is located beside the control tower and opposite Terminal 2 car park.
